Dispute & Complaint Officer - Temp / Contract

As a result of annual leave and internal secondment, this global insurance firm is seeking 1-2 Dispute Resolution & Complaints Officers.
Working closely with the Team Leader and Risk & Compliance Senior Manager, you will be responsible and assising with the the following.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Educate key internal stakeholders on identified trends and learning opportunities.
- Provide process improvement plans to assist in reducing complaint levels.
- Liaise with distributors and brokers and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
- Resolving disputes with industry tribunals and various commissions
- Deliver a highly empathetic customer experience.
This role is a 3 - 6 month contract with an immediate start. It is possible to become permanent for the right person.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year
