**About you**

You are a process driven and solution focused Project Officer with the ability to provide a range of project related support, advice from a testing perspective, plan and respond to ad-hoc tasks associated with the fixed digital safety camera program.

You have excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced complex environment.

You are flexible and adaptable and enjoy building strong relationships to provide the best possible outcomes. You demonstrate exceptional moral values in all that you do.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the FDSC Team Leader, the Project Officer will be responsible for providing advice and undertaking initiatives on the broader operational activities associated with the management and processing of Digital Safety Camera produced incidents.

You will be responsible for conducting Site acceptance testing - SAT for prescribed Fixed Digital devices and Analysis of camera files and logs. Assist with User Acceptance Testing and provide interpretation of test results.

Act as an Authorised Officer to produce s83A certificates to be used in court matters and work on various requests from DJCS and TCO.

You would also plan and manage the delivery of planned and ad-hoc projects to meet Evidence Management objectives within any specific budget allocations and timelines, management and stakeholder expectations and client needs and assist other departments with various queries related to FDSC team.

Undertake reviews of Serco TCS digital camera procedures, practices, and systems in the light of emerging DJCS directions (identified through RFC’s and informal communications) to minimise areas of risk to, and maximise the effectiveness of, service delivery for the business and stakeholders

Comply with TCS Policies and Procedures and other Serco Requirements

To be successful for this role, you will have:_**
- A degree in Project Management (desirable)
- Experienced at dealing with conflicting priorities and ability to work and to meet deadlines.
- Strong planning, organising, and monitoring skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Well-developed negotiation, problem solving, decision-making skills and multitasking
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good Microsoft Office skills - Excel skills
