We are seeking a
**2x Part Time**
**Medical Receptionists **(3-4 shifts per week) who aligns with our values, that is focused on providing a high-quality experience for our patients, from the time of arrival until the time of departure, creating a lasting positive and professional impression. You will be responsible for greeting our patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.

This role will suit someone who can work hours on a rotating roster 7 days a week. The position will include some evenings, weekends and public holidays (rotating).

**To be successful in this role**:

- Previous medical administration or reception experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Current vaccination and immunisation status
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure
- A willingness to learn and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
