This position reports into the **ANZ Manager, Recruiting**, and will be located in Sydney, Australia.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage high-volume interview activities with speed and efficiency as you work across different timezones and complex calendars
- Develop a strong partnership with our Recruiters and Hiring Teams as you coordinate pre-briefs and debriefs across all of our roles
- Support special projects as needed
- Engage with prospects, sustain relationships, screen, and share prospective talent with hiring teams.
- Source, qualify, and deliver highly qualified prospects using multiple tools and techniques.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar experience within Recruiting
- A high degree of discretion and respect for confidential information
- A high level of organisation, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Someone with a natural curiosity about people, processes and technology
- The ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels
- Prior work experience with an ATS or Scheduling tool is preferred
