Event Coordinator- National Convention Centre

We're seeking an exceptional Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal player in the industry, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating events that leave lasting impressions. Join us as we craft extraordinary experiences and redefine event excellence.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Event Planning and Event Managers
- Conduct research and generate reports
- Manage administrative duties
- Coordinate event logistics
- Maximize revenue
- Foster stakeholder communication
- Cultivate a supportive work culture aligned with our five Winning Ways: Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate Difference, and Work better together.
What We need from you:
- Proficiency in KPO’s
- Familiarity with P&L (Profit and Loss) and Budget management
- Ability to interpret and utilize client survey scores effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining 100% accuracy in databases
- Experience with Delphi/Opera software is advantageous
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
- Effective time management skills
- Exceptional customer relations abilities
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field
- One year’s experience in a customer service or similar role
Alternatively, extensive on-the-job experience and training may substitute for a degree
