**Your new role awaits**:
A commitment to customer service through proactive communication, transport efficiencies, fleet allocation and a collaborative branch network will ensure the regions ability to grow. Developing a close relationship with the sales, service and transport teams is critical to this role.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Lead with safety-first attitude - adopt a proactive approach to safety by consulting with the work force, promoting safe work practices, identifying and assessing work hazards and implementing appropriate control measures.
- Lead a network of 6 branches across the **Melbourne North and West Region**:
- Promote operational efficiency across the branch network and deliver profitable results
- Manage the fleet across the branch network to ensure we are able to meet customer demands and deliver good financial outcomes
- Work with the sales team to evaluate sales results and performance indicators to meet revenue targets
- Drive the network in best practice and corporate compliance
