**Showroom Sales Manager**

Our client is a small family company, selling luxury bathroom and kitchen products. They specialise in helping customers design their bathrooms and kitchens at an affordable price and pride themselves in top-quality customer service.

Based in Osborne Park, this is a new role created as a result of continued successful sales and business growth. They're looking for an experienced** Showroom Sales Manager** with a strong management and sales background to support the Managing Director in managing the sales team and increasing overall sales for the company.

**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the Sales Team to ensure the monthly sales targets are met.

You will be directly managing staff performance, providing sales and product training, and ensuring a consultative sales approach to all clients is upheld. You will be key in building and developing the team and ensuring a good rapport is maintained.

You will also take an active part in floor sales - guiding the customer through the sales process, developing design options from floor plans, product selection, pricing and quoting, with the understanding that customer satisfaction is paramount.

Additional responsibilities of the role include** **opening and closing the showroom, assisting in pricing, and authorising discounts to customers as per company policies.

The majority of the role will be based in the company showroom with an opportunity to work with the Managing Director to build successful relationships with suppliers, builders and home renovation trades.

The showroom is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Saturdays are considered essential for this role and a day off during the week is provided in lieu of working Saturdays.

All product training is provided by the Managing Director.

**About you**

You will have experience managing a team and will be a seasoned salesperson with a passion for the product and motivated to achieve high sales targets and success for the company.

Good management skills are key to the position, as are team development and team building skills along with good computer skills and attention to detail.

A current driver’s license is required.
