**About the opportunity**

Working within the sales and finance department, this role will see you working as a Conveyancing Paralegal / Contracts Administrator responsible for supporting an efficient sales process for retirement properties, working with village and sales managers providing administrative support, liaising with solicitors, preparing contractual documentation and assisting in managing timely settlements of sales.

**Selection criteria**:

- Understanding of conveyancing and contract administration
- Previous paralegal experience
- Strong administration skills and experience
- High level of computer literacy - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience within retirement industry is highly favourable
