**The role**:
Conveyancing Paralegal

**Key duties will include**:
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages;
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and completion statements;
Conduct title and property searches and liaise with external parties such as mortgage lenders, Estate agents and clients;
Update clients on the progress of their transactions and provide excellent customer service;
Assist with post-completion tasks, including registration and stamp duty payments; and

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**What we are looking for**:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar Conveyancing Paralegal role;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and conveyancing software; and

Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
