Are you passionate about technology and skilled in sales? We’re seeking an enthusiastic ICT Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Tencomm Pty Ltd. As an integral part of our sales force, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, building client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge ICT solutions.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Compile and maintain client lists; build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals related to information and communication technology (ICT).
- Identify potential clients within the target market. Research and analyze their requirements to tailor ICT solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of Tencomm’s ICT products and services. Be well-versed in the technical aspects, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Present customized ICT solutions to clients. Articulate how Tencomm’s offerings can address specific pain points, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts. Close deals by demonstrating value and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation post-sale.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to position Tencomm as a leader in the ICT space.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Prioritize activities based on potential revenue and client urgency.
- Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals. Regularly report progress to sales management and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support. Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Leverage these opportunities to expand the client base and promote Tencomm’s ICT solutions.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (majored preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology)
- Proven track record in B2B sales for a minimum of 2 years, especially in ICT or technology-related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
