Due to the continued expansion of Bertocchi Smallgoods, we are seeking the appointment of a dedicated and enthusiastic NPD Sales Coordinator. Working alongside the National NPD Manager and NPD team you will be responsible for the sales and promotion of upcoming NPD products, with key customers and clients in mind you will drive sales and growth for potential new relationships while effectively contributing to key sales to meet company goals and sensitive deadlines.

**Relationships and Authority**:

- Reports to National NPD Manager, Marketing Team, and Senior Management.
- Works co-operatively with the NPD team and communication with other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the sales and promotion of new NPD products and ranges.
- Manage, coordinate, and monitor account activities.
- Work closely with NPD manger to track progression on creative projects with a focus on new customer’s interest.
- Work closely with marketing and graphic designer with upcoming project pipelines.
- Collate data and statistics reports for key drivers for interstate and international markets.
- Responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned key accounts.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- 1- 2 + years’ experience working in Food Industry [preferred; not essential].
- Sales and results driven [essential]
- Previous experience in FMCG [preferred; not essential].
- Ability to work interstate and overseas.
- Proactive and adaptable to company needs.
- Proven ability to influence and build and maintain relationships to a diverse audience.
- Exhibit a dress standard and professional conduct, to represent the company in a positive image.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
