**About**:
This client is a reputable organisation and a market leader within the international education sector. They’re designed to help healthcare professionals demonstrate their language abilities accurately and effectively within the context of their professional roles. They are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Sourcing Specialist who has experience across the IT space, as they are currently undergoing a large transformation change project.

**The role**:
As the Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their business needs by managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for a significant transformation project. This role involves preparing RFP documents, conducting cost-benefit analyses, engaging with vendors, and assisting in negotiations. You will collaborate closely with the their project delivery team to analyse and interpret data from incoming tender responses.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop procurement plans and strategies for project requirements.
- Provide expert advice on sourcing approaches for optimal results.
- Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including drafting tender documents, liaising with third-party suppliers, analysing proposals, and developing business cases.
- Ensure specifications align with quality sourcing and contracting standards.
- Identify and assess procurement risks associated with the RFP process.
- Contribute to contract preparation and administration tasks.
- Execute evaluation strategies, presenting recommendation summaries to stakeholders.
- Offer negotiation guidance during sourcing processes.
- Collaborate on contract executions and administration throughout the project lifecycle.

**Successful Applicants will hold**:

- Relevant professional qualification (Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Purchasing Management, MCIPs, Business/Commerce, Supply Chain, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic procurement and sourcing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple RFx processes efficiently and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Proficiency in manipulating numerical data using spreadsheets.
- Organizational skills to manage competing demands and deliver project outcomes.
