Established in 2017, Otherside Coffee is a popular coffee destination located in Little Collins Street, CBD. As we continue to expand, we are thrilled to announce the opening of 6 new stores. We are currently seeking experienced Cafe Managers for our South Yarra and Collins Place locations.
- Weekdays only
- 4 day work weeks if desired

Established in 2017, Otherside Coffee is a popular coffee destination located in Little Collins Street, CBD. As we continue to expand, we are thrilled to announce the opening of 6 new stores. We are currently seeking experienced Café Managers for our South Yarra and Collins Place locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure the café is well-equipped with the highest quality products.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage café staff to uphold a high standard of service; conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Roster Management: Efficiently plan and coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency.
- Business Growth: Work closely with the ownership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Manage daily administrative tasks, including timesheet processing and other paperwork, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a café or restaurant manager, with a track record of managing staff and customer relations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- A customer-first approach to service that aligns with the values and standards of Otherside Coffee.
- Ability to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to café-related problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
