**Duties and Responsibilities**
Reporting to a Senior Project Officer, the APS4 Project Officer is responsible for:

- supporting the delivery of high-quality program assurance activities, including providing input to operational material such as Project Plans, assessment material, reports and recommendations,
- building and maintaining working relationships with, and responding to enquires from, a range of internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner,
- maintaining comprehensive documentation relating to program assurance activities, such as evidence registers and sample data,
- developing team processes and frameworks to identify, investigate and gather evidence of non-compliance or fraud,
- analysing employment services data to identify non-compliant behaviour,
- researching market behaviour to develop and enrich risk indicators of non-compliance.
