Hatch is supporting Macquarie Bank to find a great Junior Workplace Analyst, Corporate Real Estate to join their Business Operations and Strategy team. **About the role at Macquarie Bank**

In this role, reporting to the Regional Head of Workplace Strategy, you will be providing support on workplace, design and project initiatives, including our New Sydney Campus and Global Headquarters in Martin Place. The team operating in a world class corporate real estate portfolio including collaborating with Macquarie internal teams as well as external services providers.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
