We have a newly created opportunity in our marine team for a **Support Craft Supervisor.** As the first point of contact to the marine Support Craft team, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring operational requirements are met and all activities are conducted in a safe, efficient and compliant manner in line with all regulatory, contractual and safety standards.

**Operationally focused, effective and great with people: here’s who we’re looking for.**
- You are a vessel master with tug and barge and dredging/bed leveling experience You have a marine technical background, are highly organised with excellent administration skills.
- You have a good understanding of health and safety legislation and able to role model and promote Port of Brisbane’s Safety-First health and safety culture.
- You can build rapport with the crew and communicate effectively.
- You are driven to deliver results and take accountability for all assigned work
- You are resilient and enjoy working within a small team environment.
- You are savvy with systems, and you continuously search for the best solution
