**Role overview**:
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth transitions during new initiatives and transformations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving positive change and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a forward schedule of changes to assist in business planning and manage project interdependencies.
- Facilitate the implementation of strategic changes while maintaining awareness of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on change management and communication processes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm outcomes, identify lessons learned, and develop action plans for effective change implementation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and assess the change readiness of team members.
- Represent the organization on external committees and coordinate internal advisory groups focused on communication and change management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in change management or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Previous experience in HR is highly regarded
- **You must have Australian citizen or permanent resident working rights and reside in NSW**.
