**The Opportunity**:

- Tremendous opportunity for a Residential Valuer arising due to recent retirement
- A strong and continual workload that will protect you from market softening conditions
- To value residential properties across Brisbane Bayside (north of the river) in a professional manner within required timeframes, (specific Bayside knowledge not available)

**About you**:

- CPV QLD Certified Residential Valuer
- Good knowledge of the Australian residential property industry (specific Bayside knowledge not essential)
- Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills
