About the role
- Deliver advanced level Social Work services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to consumers experiencing a moderate to severe substance use disorder and/or complicated by other mental health concerns to optimise psychosocial outcomes and achieve maximum benefit from hospital and health care services.
- Provide professional leadership and governance to Social Workers employed by Metro North Mental Health - Redcliffe-Caboolture (MNMH-RC) including the provision of advanced level clinical training, support, and clinical supervision.
- Contribute to strategic direction for social work services across MNMH-RC and broader Metro North Mental Health in accordance with strategic focus guided by the Director of Allied Health, Metro North Mental Health (MNMH).
