Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

**Your Opportunity**:The position of Social Worker will**:

- Deliver specialist-level expertise in discipline-specific and specialist child development services for children and their families as part of a multi-disciplinary Child Development Service team across multiple sites of a designated Service Area.
- Lead service-wide and contribute at a State-wide level to discipline and specialist child development knowledge and practice.
- Lead child development practice change and discipline-specific and child development professional leadership support (including education and training); and provide clinical practice supervision to less experienced Social Worker.
- Provide operational support to CDS Service Area Team Leader as required
