Where the team fits in:
The Content Marketing team creates content that helps our property savvy audience achieve their home goals seamlessly through editorials, videos, podcasts and branded content. Our team helps set the brand vision for our company - what our identity stands for, how we educate the property market through the right data and insights and how best to communicate stories that matter.

What you’ll be doing:

- Alongside the Head of Content Marketing, articulate and drive the vision, strategy, production and results for a New Homes editorial strategy to engage and connect with home buyers.
- Ideate and manage a content roadmap across multiple platforms assessing performance and optimising strategy to ensure OKR’s are met.
- Lead the concepting and development of original and engaging editorial, podcast, social and video content.
- Harness data, SEO, cultural and social insights to ideate content that drives great results.
- Feed into and support Developer Content Marketing target by nurturing and identifying opportunities and assisting with editorial production when necessary.
- Work closely with the Lifecycle, Product and Developer teams with the aim to maximise our engage of property-savvy audience with up-to-date guides and editorials.
- Develop strong relationship with apartment developers, home builders, and land developers driving REA Group brand depth and value add.
- Have a deep understanding of media trends and insights combined with property and building/new home industry that can be harnessed into thought-leadership presentations and editorial insights to assist Sales teams to effectively articulate trends and consumer market sentiment.

Who we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in editorial content production across print, magazines, and/or digital.
- A strategic thinker with proven experience in the ability to create, execute, and lead a strategic content plan.
- Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
- Great interpersonal skills - the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships.
- Contributor management - this role will need to manage freelance writers to deliver high-quality work to deadline.
- The ability to ruthlessly prioritise, focusing on content that will drive the biggest impact, and balancing work between current and future state.
- A problem solver that can handle a high level of accountability in both independent and team initiatives
- Exceptional skills in WordPress, with experience in Flourish and Tableau as a bonus.
- Added bonus - social amplification management
