**The role**:
As the MarTech Data Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for the delivery, governance, and ongoing optimisation of marketing audiences across Marketing data systems to enable multi-channel personalisation for leads and members.

Working across the core portfolio of AHM this role is a critical enabler to not only develop the Audience experience and insights program but to establish cross-platform audience governance processes that allow Marketing teams to extract maximum value from target segments.

**Your impact**:

- Support customer campaigns and uplift business performance with data and audience insights.
- Lead and mentor other skilled campaign data specialists, providing them support to develop their knowledge of data, systems, and processes.
- Support and guide the team to work cross-functionally or within squads as required for each brief or project.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance speed to market, audience performance or cost efficiencies
- Lead and deliver key projects to uplift data and audience capability.

**Your strengths and experience**:
You know what to say, and more importantly how to say it. You're comfortable talking across all levels of an organisation and can build consensus across your team to achieve goals.

You will also have:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a campaign data delivery role and exposure to contact/response management systems (SAS, Salesforce).
- Experience leading data solutions and delivery teams in an agile way
- Experience in leading change through Agile transformation would be advantageous
- Experience working with large customer data warehouses.
- Experience programming in statistical/query software packages (SAS/SQL preferred).
