**About the role**

As part of the Bathroom Life team in St Leonards, you'll act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers, and homeowners to our showroom and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.

**Hours**:
**Week One**: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm

**Week Two**: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm

**Your day to day**
A typical day will involve:

- Work with our 3D Planner - Imagin3D | Reece Australia
- Handle over the counter sales and customer quotes
- Provide advice on a large range of leading Australian and international brands
- Build relationships with retail & account customers both instore and onsite

**We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who**:

- Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
- Is organised and can spot when a customer or colleague needs help
- Is comfortable with a computer, can use PowerPoint and is happy to learn new systems
- Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
