Procurement Coordinator

**Key Purpose**:
The Procurement Manager has responsibility for maintaining key supplier relationships of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain relationships with suppliers and improve supply chain
- Stock level management
- Placement of orders and data management
- Provide updates to teams via back-order report and escalate when required
- Portal Management
- Process of warranty registrations via Service Department
- Warehouse and stock management
- Effective management of offshore resources
- Other duties as directed

**About you**:

- Proven supplier relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in a high transactional volume role
- An ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- Computer literate
- Highly responsive and efficient
- Current driver licence

**Salary** ($60 - $75K) depending on experience, plus Superannuation.

**Permanent Full Time Position**

**Hours**:8am - 5pm

**Experience**:

- Procurement management: 3 years (preferred)
- Supplier Relationship: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
