Our client is an award-winning, family-owned company looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join their supportive team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all areas of marketing, including the development and implementation of strategies and projects. You will have strong marketing skills, enjoy taking ownership of projects and a drive to succeed. **The Role**
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, generate leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Management of multiple campaigns across different platforms, analysing performance metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Development, design and maintenance of all marketing collateral and content.
- Implementation of B2B marketing strategies, including the management of trade events and functions.
- Conduct market & competitor research

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 2 years marketing experience.
- Excellent experience with social media, GMB optimization, Google adwords, and SEO.
- Proactive ownership of roles and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a number of tasks and projects at once.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- High level of energy, self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Genuine willingness to work collaboratively and be part of a team.
- Experience in the building/property industries would be beneficial.
