The Role

Are you looking for a part-time receptionist role where you can utilise your customer service and office support skills?

An opportunity exists for an outgoing customer service professional who is energetic, adaptable, and keen to join our rapidly growing team on Thursdays and Fridays. As a critical member of the Corporate Services team, you will be the first point of contract for external customers and will provide a professional, warm, and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and ensuring they are answered in a prompt, courteous and informative manner;
- Meet and greet clients and visitors whilst providing exceptional customer service;
- Provide coffee, tea and water to guests and meeting participants;
- Book, coordinate and manage meeting schedules as required;
- Provide office wide support including the ordering and maintenance of office, stationery, and grocery supplies across on-site facilities;
- Assist with in-house catering at board meetings, internal and external training, company meetings and internal events;
- Receive, sign, and distribute all mail and deliveries;
- Problem solve routine issues that may arise in a customer service environment;
- Support the Corporate Services team to achieve shared goals;
- Liaise directly with internal and external stakeholders including high net worth individuals; and
- Provide administrative support as required.

Essential Skills and Experience
- A positive can-do attitude;
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Ability to work autonomously and independently;
- Professional phone manner with excellent communication skills;
- Resilience for working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment;
- Strong understanding of Duxton's core values and wilingness to display them on a daily basis;
- Current valid driver's license; and
- Strong attention to detail.
