Join our dynamic and innovative team at Airsolved, a startup that transforms homes into 5-star hotels for short-term rental platforms like Airbnb or Stayz.

We are seeking a reliable and creative individual to join us in managing various administrative tasks and spearheading our social media presence 3 to 4 days a week initially, with the possibility to become full-time.

Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our business. Your primary focus will be on social media management, admin support, content creation, and website assistance. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

- Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, with a specific emphasis on Instagram.
- Develop enticing posts showcasing our properties and recent jobs (Airsolved: occasional photography may be required).

Admin Support:

- Assist with invoicing and payment processes.
- Help coordinate property maintenance, including liaising with technicians when needed to address guest-related issues.
- Handle phone calls professionally and promptly.

Flexibility and Support:

- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with various tasks as required.
- Contribute to the organization of Airbnb management activities.
- Be prepared to run errands for specific properties when necessary.
- Step in to provide support in any area requested by the Operations Manager.

Content Creation:

- Utilize your writing skills to create compelling content for new Airbnb property listings.
- Develop property guides and engaging blog articles for our website.

Website Assistance:

- Collaborate on the upcoming development of our company website.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Basic understanding of administrative tasks and willingness to learn.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
