Summary:
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is a Global leader in Loyalty programs. In Australia we manage large programs in key categories across financial institutions and merchants for Rewards, Offers and Benefits.
The program reporting Specialist has a broad remit across all our programs under management in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role is responsible for all contracted and ad hoc reporting requirements and deliverables across these clients supported by and supporting our Program Managers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operates as the key point of contact for Clients and Program Managers on all reporting deliverables per the agreed delivery schedule
- Will capture requirements and prepare ad hoc reports / data extracts for Clients and Program Managers as required
- Responsible for analysing, researching and summarising data into agreed templates / reports
- Field internal stakeholder questions to support new and existing reports and data outputs of reports produced. Including but not limited to recommendations, insights, trends or sources of data information
- Supports Technology processes and will raise tickets for data issues when identified
- Collaborates with Program managers on the delivery schedule of contracted reports; including updating data repositories, client folders, communications etc.
- Ability to create and update process and implement documentation on process flows and process enhancements with the support of the Program Managers and Product operations.
- Builds and executes SQL scripts based on program or client needs for ad hoc requirements.
- Capture and brief client requirements on new reports to Product and Technology teams for scoping and build, and where required test new built reporting
- Support on report testing for new Clients and projects
Experience & About You:
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL script skills
- Experience working in Loyalty or product management are advantageous to an understanding of our business needs and client requirements.
- Highly motivated and driven by challenges and opportunities in a client focused business with constant outputs
- High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Exhibits effective interpersonal communication skills, written and non-verbal communications and delivers high quality outputs.
