Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional seeking a rewarding career in the insurance industry? Look no further We are partnered with a leading insurance company, that is seeking a skilled External Loss Adjuster to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of insurance claims related to property damage, liability, and other losses.
- Evaluate the extent of damages, analyze policy coverage, and determine the validity of claims.
- Conduct interviews with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and evidence.
- Inspect damaged properties, vehicles, or other assets to assess the extent of loss and verify the claimant's reports.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including surveyors, engineers, and legal experts, to gather additional information and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting the investigation findings, including estimates of the loss, liability assessment, and coverage analysis.
- Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with policy terms, ensuring fair and prompt resolutions for all parties involved.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing policyholders' concerns, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the claims process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends to enhance your professional expertise.
- Manage a diverse portfolio - predominately commercial, strata, heavy machinery, business interruption, and liability.

**Requirements**:

- minimum 12-month experience as an External Loss Adjuster.
- Diploma or Cert IV Loss Adjusting preferred (Or fully paid for by business as requirement of the role)
- Sound knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and claim settlement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with policyholders, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for claim processing and documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
