**Your Opportunity**

We have a new vacancy for a **Client Liaison Associate **in our** Environmental & Industrial Group.**

The Group contributes to Urban Utilities’ purpose and vision by protecting the environment and public health through our core treatment services; being prepared for the future through the treatment solutions and growth opportunities of tomorrow; and enabling economic growth and prosperity through our customer and developer services.

Situated as our scientific labs in Darra, his role has responsibility to manage and coordinate SAS commercial customers (internal and external) to ensure the desired performance and quality outcomes for SAS and its customers. This includes providing a range of business support functions that relate to SAS’ customers as well as supporting the Client Liaison Officer and Business Enablement team

Some of your accountabilities will include:

- Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage the customers in relevant sales campaigns.
- Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.
- Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
- Set clear objectives for each sales call; use standard materials to make a presentation to the customer; and ask relevant questions to evaluate the customer's level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation.

**About You**
- Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or equivalent
- Can builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
- Familiarity and experience in an operational laboratory is essential experience for this role.
