**Strategic Programs Analyst| Flexible location**

Secondment opportunity as a Strategic programs Analyst to commence as soon as possible.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Partner with stakeholders across Allianz Australia to understand project objectives and coordinate the implementation of a portfolio of business change plans and projects.
- Consult to gather business requirements and assess viability of potential solutions to meet project needs.
- Identify opportunities to align project solutions to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks affecting delivery of project strategies and if necessary, deploy contingencies to ensure on time and quality completion.
- Identify dependencies and work with stakeholders to ensure plans can be carried out effectively and dependencies are resolved.
- Liase with various business areas to review, analyse activities; and put forward recommendations on process movements between teams.
- Participate in the design of new projects and prepare and present new ideas to improve current processes which impact the business.
- Coordinate the facilitation of required training pieces to support process movement and embedment in receiving teams.
- Develop, manage and distribute regular progress reports.
- Act as representative and be involved with projects, committees, working groups and change management programs as required.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance of recommendations and proposed solutions to meet regulatory and compliance needs.

**Important to your success**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or equivalent.
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
- Contemporary knowledge of contact centre or underwriting operations including workforce planning, quality, telephony and other contact centre technologies.
- Contemporary knowledge of project governance and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to comfortably move between strategy and operational execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, Impact and influence.
- Adaptability, flexibility and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment responding to emerging risks, project challenges and achieve deadlines.
