**About the role**:
Based in Melbourne, this newly created, full-time, permanent role will be integral to the success of the Smart Meter roll out across states within the National Energy Customer Framework (NCEF). You will have a strong analytical focus and be able to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all contractual agreements and compliance obligations are met.

**Duties**:

- Work in conjunction with key stakeholders in Industry, Networks & Metering, Marketing, Products and peers to coordinate and execute Alinta’s commercial requirement in the scheduling for electricity metering services for Alinta Energy
- Provide operational insights and performance measurements on mass meter exchange pipeline
- Facilitate the execution of deployment forecasts for planned metering installation works
- Provide operational SME insight, where required, to assist with regular governance meetings held to ensure commercial obligations are met
- Assist with the meter exchange processes and work instructions for continuous improvement opportunities

**Skills and experience**:

- Extensive competence in analytical understanding of a customer transfers / onboarding / sales fulfilment / metering operations environment within the Energy or similar industries
- Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory and commercial aspects of electricity and gas markets
- Solid communication skills and stakeholder management skills (including external agencies)
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Utilise your solid energy knowledge and analytical skills to facilitate the ingestion of meter exchange schedules and drive the operational execution of these through a range of campaign and coordination activities whilst working closely with the schedule lead and internal and external stakeholders.
