Sport Support Officer

About the Role
As the Sport Support Officer you will have responsibility for the following:
- Undertake and process all work in accordance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
- Operate and maintain administrative and financial management systems using SAP program, including processing accounts receivable and payable, receiving and banking monies, processing payments, providing reports, using and maintaining Corporate Card accounts, reconciling accounts, and use of an online solution through SAP.
- Responsible for end of period/year balancing and rollovers including BAS/taxation requirements.
- Prioritise and schedule work commitments to meet non-negotiable deadlines as directed by School Sport Calendars.
While there are no mandatory qualifications, a working knowledge of Financial Business Support (formally SAP) and Content Manager (formally HPRM/TRIM) would be advantageous.
