Your Role in the Hive- Understand your business, across our Children’s needs, families, compliance, operations, and most importantly, your People.- Support the Director in the delivery of an excellent service environment; aesthetically appealing and inspiring, educationally, and culturally engaging.- Model creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement to ensure the ongoing enhancement and accessibility of services.- Partner with the Centre Director positioning your service to always be aiming for Exceeding within the National Quality Framework.- Support the Centre Director to enable the success of your service; how your service is run, how it performs, and where you want your service to be in the long term.
