**The impact you'll have**:
At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.
As we embark on an exciting new period of growth, we need you to join us as an Organisational Change Manager, reporting to our Strategy, Planning and Performance Manager, who reports directly to our General Manager, Strategy and Experience.
The Strategy and Experience team supports both the transformation of the Workplace Injury Commission and our purpose and vision. Continuous Improvement to our core business process is essential to improving the experience of injured workers and all of our stakeholders. This dynamic team works on a diverse range of short and long term projects, with varied work and multiple tasks a feature of all roles.
As an integral member of the Strategy and Experience Team, we need you to own and continue to improve and embed the WIC Change Management Framework, whilst maintaining a seamless integration with project delivery teams to ensure the sustainability of the changes brought about by these initiatives. You will bring your coaching, networking and leadership skills in supporting Project Managers carrying out change within their projects, as well as managing end-to-end change in larger initiatives.

- Ability to operate flexibly in an often rapidly changing environment, managing competing priorities and tight timelines.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a complex (preferably government) operating environment.
- A highly developed ability to influence those around you in bringing about positive change.
- Creative and intuitive problem-solving skills and ability to ‘sell' your ideas.
- Ability to foster a team culture of care, wellbeing, inclusion and connection.
