genU are looking for an inspirational leader and experienced health professional to join us as a **Team Leader - Therapy**. Sound like you? The brilliant and supportive Allied Health team is ready to welcome you with open arms

As the **Team Leader **at our Eric Hart Centre and St Laurence Park locations, you will provide operational management and oversee the everyday running of centre-based programs and activities. The clients who attend these programs are recipients of Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) funding, NDIS funding and Home Care Package funding. The role requires intimate knowledge and understanding of services delivered in these areas and compliance requirements.

Our talented Therapy team includes a group of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, a Dietitian and Allied Health Assistant, who assist in running a variety of gym, individual, hydrotherapy and community based programs.

**About You**:
**Our ideal Therapy Team leader will demonstrate the following**:

- A proven record of professional achievement in an Allied Health environment
- Experience and aptitude in supervising allied health staff in a centre-based environment.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Extensive experience providing Allied Health services to older adults and / or people with disability.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain a professional and positive team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent information technology skills.

**You will also need the following essential requirements**:

- NDIS Screening Workers Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
