**Description**:
The Opportunity
We have an exciting vacancy for a Housing Services Advisor/ Reception. Reporting to the Housing Services - Team Leader, the role is primarily responsible for reception duties and a range of critical administrative duties and duties relating to the housing activity.

The position is a full-time ongoing role based in Melbourne.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Experience in managing office supplies, organising travel and event coordination both internally and externally
- Previous administrative / reception experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Capacity and attitude to learn and grow in the role
- Well-developed written and oral communication and relationship management skills
- Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills

Desirable
- Experience in dealing with complex customer needs
- Experience in dealing with challenging customers
- Experience and knowledge of the social housing sector in Victoria
- Experience with the Victorian Housing Register and HiiP
- Knowledge of the income support system for people on very low incomes
