The Opportunity
We have an exciting vacancy for a Housing Services Advisor/ Reception.

Reporting to the Housing Services - Team Leader, the role is primarily responsible for reception duties and a range of critical administrative duties and duties relating to the housing activity.

The position is a full-time ongoing role based in Melbourne.

Skills and Experiences:

About You:

  • Experience in managing office supplies, organising travel and event coordination both internally and externally
  • Previous administrative / reception experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Capacity and attitude to learn and grow in the role
  • Welldeveloped written and oral communication and relationship management skills
  • Welldeveloped organisational skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Desirable

  • Experience in dealing with complex customer needs
  • Experience in dealing with challenging customers
  • Experience and knowledge of the social housing sector in Victoria
  • Experience with the Victorian Housing Register and HiiP
  • Knowledge of the income support system for people on very low incomes
