**Princeton View **located in Brighton East, and built on the St John of God Hospital site, our Home offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit the needs of every individual.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the General Manager and Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high quality of care is provided to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.
- Develop, monitor and implement nursing care plans
- Assess, plan and evaluate care for residents with complex needs
- Develop short
- and long-term treatment plans in line with diagnostic findings
- Drive clinical governance across the home and advocate for residents and their families
- Manage complex clinical conditions that impact health and wellbeing of residents
- Supervise and coach nursing staff in the delivery of resident care

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Current Division 1 AHPRA registration
- Experience within Aged Care
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all staff
- Strong clinical knowledge
- IT proficiency to utilise various software programs e.g., MS Office Suite
