We’re searching for an enthusiastic, experienced and passionate Administration/Accounts Officer to join our awesome team in Richlands.

**Who you are**

Working as part of a great team, you will be involved in month end processing, database maintenance, processing invoices, manage data integrity tasks, assist with accounts payable, liaise with various internal teams and undertake other tasks as required.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in an administration or admin/accounts role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Good keyboarding and PC literacy skills, particularly Excel
- A strong team orientation and the ability to work collaboratively
- Someone who takes initiative and has a positive approach
