We are seeking a pro-active, results driven, energetic **Account Manager**, with previous experience in the installation and/or sales of Structured Cabling Systems.

**You Will Make an Impact By**

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the sales of Enterprise infrastructure products in the assigned territory. This includes the creation of new business opportunities, as well as maintaining existing relationships. Understanding the customers’ business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matching solutions to meet customer needs is key in this role to succeed. As is influencing purchase decisions, performing revenue and demand forecasting in the relevant CRM system, account planning, project planning and handling internal and external customer relationships.

This role reports into the Senior Sales Director for ANZ and is based in our Melbourne (Mount Waverley) office.

- Technical experience in either communications and/or associated industries.
- Well versed in account and project planning
- Results focused with the ability to motivate and influence others as well as build trust and respect
- Proven track record to manage multiple, concurrent tasks which have competing demands, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies and risk
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Strong team player capable of working cross-functionally with other teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve moderately complex issues
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to exercise initiative and achieve outcomes
- Computer literacy with an ability to interpret reports and information
- Advanced skills and experience in the use of MS Office
- Experience using D365 or similar CRM databases tools
- Well-developed and proven commercial skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Self-driven, energetic and enthusiastic
