You will work with Spark Event Group on major events and be responsible for various aspects of event planning including procurement, scheduling, talent acquisition and delivery. You will liaise with a number of external stakeholders to ensure this happens.

**Tasks/duties of the position include, but not limited to**:

- Liaise directly, and build up relationships, with selected clients on receiving project requirements, evaluating milestones and delivering key objectives
- Put together quotes for prospective or existing clients, along with proposals of planned delivery approach and processes
- With the relevant Staffing Coordinator, support the recruitment, selection and scheduling of 'Workforcers' for your accounts and any large-scale events within the account
- With the relevant Staffing Coordinator, support (and in some cases coordinate) the onsite delivery of workforce operations planning, including deployment and training processes for assigned clients
- For events/clients that require it, carry out additional scoping, quoting and planning for aspects such as travel, transport and/or equipment

Support the events in the planning, operations and delivery of selected major events including:

- Deliver on milestones and key objectives
- Carry out tasks assigned on the project plan
- Liaise with key event stakeholders, suppliers, contractors and partners
- Investigate and secure all required permits
- Complete all relevant event documentation including, event plans, schedules, maps, operations plans, traffic plans, security plans, staffing plans, safety and risk plans and debrief documents
- Ensure event complies with all statutory regulations including safety and risk
- Assist in satisfying event budgets
- Carry out all other specific requirements relating to that specific contract
- **Qualification required**_
- Relevant AQF equivalent Diploma plus 2 years relevant work experience or 3 years full-time experience in a closely related position_

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
