Coburg, Australia Momentum Spine Full time

Momentum spine is a small practice located in Coburg. This is an opportunity to work alongside a spinal trauma surgeon in a small friendly team.

The role will include:

- Managing all debt collections within relevant time frames.
- Managing day to day billing operations.
- Resolving any billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Occasionally covering admin staff and running consulting sessions.
- Follow up any rejected health fund claims through Eclipse.
- Providing a high level of professional billing support and customer service.
- Liaising with clients, patients, and third parties.
- Maintaining patient accounts.
- Following up billing and outstanding accounts through Workcover, TAC, Medicare, and DVA.
