**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with marketing to create a web presence that reflects our brand, products, and services.
- Ensure website functionality and perform software updates.
- Monitor website traffic, analyze performance, and respond to user feedback.
- Manage website back-end including database and server integration.
- Maintain, update, and enhance the user interface and experience.
- Ensure website security and data protection.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events.
- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Create appropriate website content aligned to the organization’s strategy.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply.
- Minimum diploma in computer science, web development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web administration, development, and design.
- Strong knowledge of web management, analytics tools, and SEO principles.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
