- Provide a high level of Business HR advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders across the Company-
- Build and sustain professional, collaborative relationships with management and employees-
- Provide strategic, responsive generalist HR support-
- Proactively support the development and delivery of effective best practice HR services and programs-
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legislative-
- Work effectively with management to coordinate and resolve complex employee relations issues-
- Develop effective recommendations and solutions (including alternatives) in relation to people management issues-
- Partner with Centres of Expertise (COE’s) to ensure that enterprise strategies and processes are optimised-
- Coordinate the Induction of new personnel as required-
- Actively attend and contribute to customer meetings as required**About you**:

- With your significant experience as a generalist HR professional, you will be used to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, your flexibility and resolve will be second to none and your communication skills will be outstanding; being able to liaise across all levels of a business. Ideally you will hold Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.**To be successful in this role you will also have**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, working across multiple disciplines including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, performance management, retention, analytics, work health safety, diversity and respective employment legislation-
- Significant demonstrated results in developing and implementing HR solutions to complex client group strategy and objectives- Experience providing effective guidance, mentoring and training to other employees-
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and management information**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
- The location of the role will be in Mawson Lakes, South Australia. We support a flexible approach to work, with some ability to WFH for this role, however you will be office based in our Mawson Lakes and CBD office.
