**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our warehouse. This includes overseeing inventory control, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored and handled safely, and managing any special projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
**As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for**:

- Owning the physical inventory and warehousing at CT's Head Office and offsite storage.
- Developing warehousing procedures and processes to minimize financial shrinkage and physical stock loss.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO and OH&S regulations within CT's warehousing space and service center.
- Assisting with deliveries and receipt of stock into the CT Warehouse, conducting physical stock inspection and audit of receivables.
- Communicating inbound and outbound stock with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Developing supply chain, operations, and technical skills to assist with expanding business requirements.
- Developing, updating, and maintaining documentation of data systems and integrations.
- Following a project plan, managing competing priorities to deliver projects within set deadlines.
- Liaising and working with third parties and sub-contractors.
- Being willing to help out with some general Level 1 and Level 2 technical support if needed.

**As a Warehouse Associate, here’s what you’ll bring**:

- A strong desire to learn and develop a wide range of skills.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of the warehousing space.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized amidst chaos.
- Experience in physical warehousing and pick/packing.
- The willingness to work onsite 5 days per week.
- The ability to perform intermittent light physical labor.

The role is based at our Head Office in Coburg, VIC, and is a full-time position. All team members are required to have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be entitled to work in Australia.
