Redbank State School is a vibrant small school located in the Metropolitan West - Ipswich District. It is an established school providing 159 years of quality education on this site.
It has a proud history and over time has established strong community partnerships where we work hard to maintain that connection with our families.
We offer a small and supportive environment where no student remains anonymous.

About the Role
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
