About the role:
The role of the Life Support Analyst is to ensure the end to end process of Life-Support and other processes that span multiple business areas are efficiently undertaken as per Momentum's regulatory obligations, as well as provide feedback and deliver training to improve quality of knowledge and information captured in the system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Training and Feedback Activities including: Process implementation, design and provide training where required, identifying knowledge gaps and provide feedback and coaching accordingly
- Engaging all relevant stakeholders to implement system and process improvements and participating in change control process and systems testing where required
- Quality, Auditing and Documentation including creating, reviewing and updating work instructions and other supporting documents on a regular and ad hoc basis as required
- Compliance with Regulatory Obligations including knowledge of updates from relevant government bodies - communicate to relevant stakeholders
- Action Life Support Activities and Processes and tasks like rejections, updates, make outbound calls to customers and resolve reconciliation exceptions etc.
- Regular validation and reconciliation of Life Support details with customers, distributors and undertake any other form of checking to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Relationship Management of Stakeholders including representing Momentum with external stakeholders

About you and Your Experience:

- Significant experience and depth of knowledge in Life Support related functions, including related market rules and compliance obligations
- Experience in documenting work instructions / process flowcharts
- Experience with testing and analysing testing results Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
- The ability to think on your feet to resolve issues
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective prioritisation and time management skills
- A high level of attention to detail while completing a high volume of work
