**What role will you play?**

In this role you will be responsible for delivering commercial outcomes and managing the end-to-end transaction process for both clients and internal stakeholders.

You will drive successful outcomes for our clients by combining our entrepreneurial and innovative culture and risk management framework as well as financing and execution capabilities to provide market-leading solutions.

**What you offer**
- At least 15 years of finance industry experience in commercial origination and execution
- Well established industry relationships and a proven track record of successful origination and execution.
- Advanced financial literacy including the ability to interpret financial statements and forecasts and assess credit and equity risk.
