- Work on a wide range of projects, spanning multiple industries and specialties, to craft user-centered designs that are both elegant and functional.
- Create detailed designs and stunning design systems that are visually appealing and easy to use.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback on your designs and make improvements.
- Develop prototypes and detailed wireframes into high-fidelity, production-ready designs.
- Create design guidelines, specifications, and other documentation to ensure consistency and quality across digital products.
- Work closely with other designers, developers, and client stakeholders to make sure that our ideas are crafted, implemented, and delivered to the highest standards.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, trends and thinking - on product design and beyond - and share your knowledge and thoughts with both colleagues and clients
- Attend and participate in design community meetings and encourage, support and guide junior designers.

**We would like you to be...**
- A passionate designer with a keen eye for typography, colour, layout, and imagery and how to bring these elements together in a digital interface.
- More than "just" a UI designer, but also someone who's passionate about all things visual design including illustrations and iconography.
- A master of your weapon of choice, whether that's Figma, Sketch or XD or all the above.
- Excited to share your know-how and ideas, both internally and beyond Designit
- A problem solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive - and the guts - to bring them to life
- Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
